Opal Aged Care, Toongabbie NSW

Calderflower Architecture and Interiors have worked together with Opal Aged Care to design a new Residential Care Facility adjacent to Toongabbie Sports Club and Greystanes Creek. The project involves the consolidation of a number of properties, the demolition of the existing houses for the construction of a 4 storey RACF. The building includes 16 Dementia specific rooms incorporating a dedicated garden and outdoor entertainment area. There are also a number of multipurpose rooms, audio rooms and external landscaped terraces across multiple levels.
