If a product is backordered, a lead time will apply. Live stock levels and estimated lead times are displayed above the product description. Please note that lead times may vary by brand and product.
Lead times represent our best estimate of when goods will arrive at our Sydney warehouse and are not a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.
In many cases lead times can be improved with a dedicated express shipment. If you would like the most up to date information regarding lead times on a specific product, or have a deadline you need to meet please contact us.
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping times to your location will vary depending on your address.
The estimated lead time begins from the moment your order is placed.
