Designed in 2026 by Georg Bechter, the DOT 28 CONE POWER brings new design freedom to the award-winning SYSTEM DOT 28. This semi-recessed (half-flush) luminaire nestles flush and seamless against the ceiling surface. An integrated lifting slope in the new bayonet mechanism pulls the fixture tight to the plane, while the precisely milled cone recedes deeper into the ceiling than the slim upstand protrudes — creating a subtle, geometrically precise relief.

The result is dual-effect lighting: architectural presence with scenographic softness. Focused light from high-quality reflectors and enhanced glare suppression produce brilliant, controlled cones of light that reveal material texture without harshness.

DOT CONE POWER is the high-output semi recessed luminaire in System DOT 28. It provides higher luminous flux than standard DOT CONE without increasing the visible aperture, by means of a larger passive cooling element recessed into the ceiling.
