- The sample service is only available for addresses within a 25 km radius of our Sydney warehouse in Gladesville.
- To be eligible for the sample service you must be an interior designers, architect, lighting designer or engineer.
- You are deemed to be in possession of the goods once Enlightened Living (ELL) receives a proof of delivery or delivery notification from the delivery company.
- Once you are in possession of the sample you are responsible to keep the sample undamaged and in good condition. Should you fail to do so the sample will become chargeable to you at its full trade price.
- If you should return the sample to ELL in a damaged or broken condition you will become liable for cost of replacement of the sample, which will be charged to you at trade price.
- Once delivery has taken place you must ensure the sample is returned to ELL within five business days.
- Returns of samples can be organized.
